You should consider setting up an online booking form enabling your participants to register online 24/7; as well as making the process much easier for you and your customers, this will also bring the potential to hugely increase your online presence.

Promote Your Event On Social Media

Promote your event on social media at every given opportunity; make sure you get involved in the relevant hashtags, keywords and interact with your audience wherever possible.

If you’ve set up a booking system, use social media to share a link to the booking page; this will speed up the conversion process between potential attendees and people booking to attend, if they are able to go straight through to the booking form after seeing your advert.

As well as promoting your events on social media, it is important to ensure that there is a clear link to book on your website.

You could offer discounts for referrals, for example if an existing customer refers a new customer to your event(s) they could receive a 15% discount.
